Interns get asked to do some interesting things, don’t they? It can be as simple as getting coffee for people everyday or as mundane as data entry. However, it can also be a bit extreme like being asked to feed your boss’ pet whale, while tied to his/her yacht on a sunny spring afternoon, in the Puget Sound... I mean we’ve all been there, am I right?
Fortunately, for you at Tyemill, we’re all about jamming on software, collaboration and enhancing an already lively work environment. If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, feel free to reach out to us and ask questions. We don’t bite...that whale might though! Bring band-aids.
Send us a message and introduce yourself.
Past Tyemill interns have had the chance to create interactive visualizations of economic data, sophisticated database query mechanisms, algorithms for processing financial and statistical information, and dynamic stock portfolio builders.
Each project had its own unique set of design and development challenges. With guidance from full time mentors, interns gained valuable firsthand experience in planning and developing projects as part of a team.
